How long does it take to transfer a domain?
Depending on where the domain is currently held and where you want it transferred. After the payment, it will generally take 5 to 10 days.
The fastest possible way to get a domain transferred is to use the same domain registrar as us, i.e IONOS. In the case of different registrars, an additional 5 days will be needed to cover the mandatory waiting period of ICANN’s.
How is my purchase kept secure?
The payments received are held securely in an escrow account until the domain name is transferred to you. For any reason, if the domain cannot be transferred to you, your funds are refunded.

Can I negotiate prices?

Can I buy the domain on Instalments?
Yes, you may. On receiving 25% of the price of the domain, you will be able to use the domain, but the actual domain transfer will only happen, after we receive the complete payment. The domain will be taken off the market, and will be reserved for you. Our team will discuss the payment plans and period.
